Cub Scout Pack 582

Our Popcorn Fundraiser is comming to a close.  Orders need to be turned in to Andrea Poteat Friday November 6th.   She will be at St. Olivers from 6:30-9:30pm to collect the orders. 

The orders will be back and ready for pick up on Saturday November 21st at St. Olivers from 10:00am-12:00pm.  If you cannot make it at that time please call or email Andrea at 678-777-0448 or anpoteat@gmail.com.  We need to have everyone's signed fundraising agreement when you pick up your scout's orders.  Click here to download the agreement.  All money needs to be turned in to your den leader then turned in to Andrea on December 4th from 6:00pm-8:00pm.

If you didn't get your orders in or forgot some people we have good news!  The council has given everyone a second chance to sell popcorn.  From November 15th to December 7th everyone has a second chance to sell more popcorn.  Second chance money and orders are due at the leaders meeting on December 7th.  Scouts will pick up their second chance popcorn orders on December 19th from 4:00pm-5:00pm at St. Oliver's.  Here is the Updated Popcorn Dates list.

Don't miss the December pack meeting!  It's at 7:00pm on Tuesday December 15th.  All fundraising prizes and patches will be awarded then.  We will also be pieing the leaders after the Pack Meeting.  If you sell $100 you get to pie your leader and if you sell $150 you get to pie your leader and your choice of Graham, Travis or Kurt.  Additional pies will be sold to any scout for $5 each.



Our webmaster would like to list our top popcorn sellers and pictures on the website but she needs to get a signed Photo Concent Form for each family.  Don't forget to mark one of the listing/picture options on the form.  You can give those to your leaders or to Andrea Poteat at any popcorn function or at any pack meeting.   The picture above was taken last year and that's Travis Poteat getting pied by his scout Zachary.
